Job Overview: Senior role within NovaaOne Capital’s Healthcare Investment Banking practice, with responsibility for leading transactions, driving business origination and building senior client relationships

Qualifications:
Education: MBA from a top tier Institute/CA; CFA would be an added advantage
Experience: 10-12 years of Investment Banking experience, with strong transaction execution experience or relevant sector experience

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of M&A;, IPO and capital raising transactions across the Healthcare sector
Drive business origination and client relationships, including senior-level engagement with promoters, CXOs and investors
Identify and develop current M&A; and capital markets opportunities through sector expertise, market intelligence and investor relationships
Provide strategic, financial and valuation oversight across transactions, including structuring, negotiations and transaction strategy
Maintain strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, policies, market developments, and news flow,



and assess their implications on transactions and clients
Lead and mentor transaction teams, ensuring high-quality execution and delivery

Skills:
Strong Healthcare sector knowledge and demonstrated client / business development capabilities
Strong financial modelling, valuation and transaction structuring skills
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills
Strong leadership, commercial judgment and ability to manage multiple workstreams
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and financial databases
