Position Overview

These are your responsibilities

The Sales Service Manager is responsible for developing and expanding the customer base, driving revenue growth,



and increasing customer satisfaction within the assigned sales territory. The role focuses on sales support for all service offerings, market development, and strengthening long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition & Market Development

Identify, acquire, and develop customers in the assigned sales region.

Analyze market trends and customer needs (technical, pharmaceutical, commercial) to create business opportunities.

Project & Quotation Management

Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on quotations and cost calculations.

Coordinate project financing and collaborate with internal service departments and the Sales Service Assistant.

Order Management

Manage the complete order cycle: order confirmation, processing, changes, and project tracking.

Handle overdue/outstanding invoices, reduce complaints, and optimize communication between customers and manufacturing plants.
