Company Description ELYTA is a silver jewellery brand specializing in dainty 925 sterling silver designs. We are based in Mumbai, operating a D2C Shopify-hosted website and 5 shop-in-shop locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Champion: Manage all inquiries via calls, emails, and messages with a professional tone
• Shopify Management: Lead product listings—creating entries, optimizing descriptions, and uploading photos. (If you don’t know Shopify, we are happy to train you)
• Social Media Voice: Plan "what and when" to post on our brand pages to drive engagement
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with the team to ensure orders and updates are on track
Qualifications
Strong computer proficiency and internet savvy
Positive communication skills
Previous experience handling a brand’s social media is a plus
A "ready to learn" attitude for e-commerce tools
