Summary: Owns the day-to-day health of every marketplace and website listing across all brands and clients. Runs a lean team that supervises the AI listing-optimization engine rather than doing manual catalog work, and is the first escalation point when a listing, account, or inventory issue needs a human decision.





Key Responsibilities
• Own marketplace account health across Amazon, Flipkart, the company's own storefronts, and any client marketplaces (policy compliance, listing suppressions, returns/claims resolution)
• Set the QA standard the AI Listing QA Analyst applies to auto-generated titles, descriptions, and categorization before anything publishes
• Manage inventory sync and pricing/repricing strategy across every channel and client
• Build and manage the in-house team: Catalog & Listing Specialists, AI Listing QA Analyst, Marketplace Operations Executive
• Report weekly on catalog health, listing throughput, and account-level risks directly to the Marketing Head
• Coordinate with Content & PR on product-copy needs and with Performance Marketing on listing changes that affect live ad campaigns
Requirements
• 4-6 years in e-commerce operations, catalog/merchandising, or marketplace account managem
