About Pepper
Pepper is building a technology-led content and marketing platform that helps businesses scale their SEO and content marketing efforts. We’re now building a strong B2B SaaS sales motion and are looking for SDRs who can help us build the top of the funnel and create meaningful conversations with potential customers.

What will you do?
As an SDR, you’ll be one of the first touchpoints between Pepper and our potential customers. Your job will be to identify the right accounts, reach out to decision-makers, qualify opportunities and create a strong pipeline for the sales team.
You will:
Identify and research high-potential prospects and target accounts
Generate qualified meetings through cold calling, email, LinkedIn and other outbound channels
Understand a prospect's business, challenges and potential fit with Pepper
Personalize your outreach rather than relying on generic messaging
Qualify leads and understand their business needs, pain points,



budget and decision-making process
Work closely with AEs and the Marketing team to convert opportunities into a solid sales pipeline
Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in the CRM
Consistently track and improve your outreach, conversion and meeting-generation metrics
Experiment with different messaging, personas and outreach strategies to improve response rates

What are we looking for?
1–4 years of experience in SDR/BDR, inside sales, business development or similar roles
Experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS/technology
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to research accounts and identify the right stakeholders
A target-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Comfortable working with sales metrics and being accountable for outcomes
Ability to handle rejection and keep pushing because not every prospect is going to reply to yo
