Work Schedule
Off-Season (May–November): Full night shift, Monday to Friday
Busy Season (December–April): Full night shift, 6 days a week with one rotational weekly off
Senior Associate – Tax Support
Experience: 2–4 Years | Openings: 1
Requirements:
Experience in tax customer support and direct client handling.
Ability to handle customer queries and escalations.
Good knowledge of tax-related processes.
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Lead – Tax Support
Experience: 4–8 Years | Openings: 1
Requirements:
Experience in tax customer support and handling client escalations.
Experience in team and workflow management.
Ability to manage reports and monitor team activities.
Robust communication, leadership, and client management skills.
Tax Professional Representative (TPR) – US Tax Preparation
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of US Federal Tax (1040) and State Tax Preparation.
Experience in resolving taxpayer queries.
Valid PTIN with authorization to sign tax returns.
Good verbal communication and client interaction skills.
Experience working with US customers/stakeholders.
Ability to explain tax-related queries clearly and provide effective support.
