Role Description This full time, on-site Project Manager Civil role is based at Gulmohar Greens–Golf & Country Club Ltd. in Ahmedabad. The Project Manager Civil will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of civil and infrastructure projects across the club’s facilities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, managing construction schedules,



and monitoring site activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and regulatory standards. The role involves preparing project plans, tracking progress, resolving on-site issues, and optimizing resources and budgets. The Project Manager Civil will also support maintenance and enhancement of existing structures, provide regular status reports to management, and contribute to long-term development planning for the property.

Qualifications
Strong Project Management skills, including project planning, scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Solid Civil Engineering and Infrastructure knowledge, with experience in design interpretation, site supervision, and compliance with safety and building standards.
Proficiency in Construction Management, including contractor oversight, quality control, and resource allocation.
Experience with Budgeting, cost estimation, and financial tracking for civil and infrastructure projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Eng
