Key Responsibilities: -
Manage end-to-end customer service operations, ensuring timely and accurate response to customer inquiries and service requests
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring high satisfaction levels
Coordinate with sales, operations, pricing, finance, and external stakeholders to ensure
smooth execution of services
Support the sales team with client servicing, follow-ups, quotation coordination, and
order execution
Oversee order processing / shipment coordination / documentation, ensuring accuracy




and compliance with company procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges and improve service
delivery
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service updates, delays, and
resolutions

Skills, knowledge & expertise:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in business or management, master’s degree in relevant field is preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of professional and customer service experience in the field of general freight, freight forwarding business
Solid service and customer orientation
Convincing personality with a confident manner and a solution-oriented way of working
Ability to work in a team and strong organizational skills
Good written and spoken English as well as MS Office skills
