Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for multiple Regional Sales Managers covering Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh for medical devices.



The role involves driving regional sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, home healthcare providers, and medical equipment distributors. Regional Sales Managers will manage key accounts, conduct product demonstrations, support clinical teams in explaining product perks, and ensure effective post-sales follow-up. They will analyze market trends, monitor competitor activity, plan territory-wise strategies, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports. The role also includes collaborating with marketing and service teams, participating in industry events, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and channel partners.

Qualifications
Proven experience in medical device or healthcare sales, preferably in respiratory care, sleep therapy, or patient monitoring solutions.
