About the Role:
Adosphere Brandings is looking for an experienced and proactive Communications Manager to lead impactful communication strategies, high-profile branding initiatives, and public affairs campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive internal and external communication strategies aligned with key campaign objectives and brand narratives.
2. Lead end-to-end content planning, overseeing monthly content calendars, social media assets, and strategic messaging frameworks.
3. Collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, and strategists to deliver compelling, multi-format content.

Monitor socio-political trends, track audience sentiment, and utilize data insights to optimize communication performance and reach.
5. Manage regional narrative alignment and maintain strong relationships with media, public stakeholders, and creative partners.
What We’re Looking For:
a) Solid fluency in Kannada, and English (Kannada speaking and understanding skills are mandatory).
b) Proven ability to translate complex public narratives into high-impact digital and mainstream content.
c) High level of ownership, adaptability, and experience driving creative projects under tight deadlines.
