Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Noida. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads,



and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for IT services and digital solutions. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with technical and delivery teams to shape solutions that meet client needs. The position also includes conducting market research, tracking industry trends, managing a sales pipeline, and reporting on performance metrics to leadership. The Business Development Manager will contribute to revenue growth, support strategic partnerships, and represent Alobha Technologies at client meetings, events, and industry forums.
