Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Client Servicing professional to manage key client relationships, drive business opportunities, and ensure seamless coordination across Concept, Client Servicing, Operations, and Creative teams. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and execution capabilities to deliver impactful client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management & Business Development
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Drive lead conversion and identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth.
Understand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and long-term retention.
2. Leadership & Team Alignment
Lead and effectively coordinate Concept, Client Servicing, Operations, and Creative teams.
Ensure all teams are aligned with client objectives, project timelines, and deliverables.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Concept & Experience Strategy
Guide teams in developing cutting-edge and impactful event concepts and experiences.
Ensure concepts are aligned with client objectives, brand guidelines, and audience expectations.
Participate in brainstorming, presentations, pitches, and strategic discussions.
4. Project Execution & Coordination
Oversee projects from initial briefing to final execution.
Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Monitor timelines, deliverables, budgets, and quality standards.
Proactively identify and resolve execution-related challenges.
5. Team Development & Capability Building
Mentor, guide, and groom team members to improve performance and efficiency.
Encourage ownership, accountability, creativity, and collaboration within the team.
Identify skill gaps and support continuous learning and development.
