Role Description The Tendering Manager will lead and manage the complete tendering process for infrastructure design projects, ensuring timely and accurate preparation and submission of bids.



Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing tender documents, coordinating with internal design, finance, and project teams for inputs, and preparing technical and commercial proposals that align with client requirements and company standards. The role involves managing pre-bid queries, participating in client meetings, tracking tender opportunities, and maintaining tender documentation and databases. The Tendering Manager will also collaborate with procurement and sales functions to optimize pricing strategies, support negotiations, and contribute to business development initiatives. This is a full-time, in office role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Tender Management and Tender Preparation, including document analysis, bid strategy, and proposal drafting.
