Role Description The Logistics Manager role at Canviza Services Private Limited is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and coordinating the movement of goods, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely procurement and delivery to meet business and customer requirements. The Logistics Manager will monitor supply chain performance, liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders, and resolve operational issues to maintain service quality.
This role also involves tracking key metrics, optimizing processes for cost and efficiency, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. Collaboration with customer service teams to address delivery-related queries and continuously improve the customer experience is a key part of the position.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management, with the ability to oversee end-to-end operations.
Strong skills in Inventory Management, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment activities.
Experience in Procurement, vendor coordination, and negotiating terms that support operational efficiency.
Customer Service skills with a focus on communication, problem-solving, and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
Relevant experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain roles; prior remote work experience is an advantage.
