Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end development of NLP and LLM-based features, from experimentation to production integration.
Build and fine-tune transformer-based models for language understanding and generation use cases.
Implement ML workflows in Python using PyTorch and/or TensorFlow, including model training and evaluation.
Integrate Hugging Face models and tooling into application services and inference pipelines.
Drive technical design decisions for scalable AI solutions, ensuring reliability and maintainability.
Skills Required:
5 - 14 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, NLP, and LLM development
Machine Learning and GenAI/LLM solution development
Python for AI/ML development and model integration
Transformers-based NLP modeling and Hugging Face model usage
Production-oriented LLM/NLP implementation experience
Positive to Have:
PyTorch
TensorFlow
Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
