The Content Lead will own and drive the end-to-end Content Pod across contemporary
content platforms and content supply chains, enabling scalable content
management and activation across web, commerce, and marketing ecosystems for EXL
Services enterprise clients. This role is accountable for content architecture,
platform strategy, delivery frameworks, consulting, and technical advisory,
helping enterprise clients expand their digital content footprint and maturity.
