Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst – NetSuite / ERP to support ERP, finance, sales, eCommerce, order management, inventory, reporting,



and internal business system projects.
The candidate should have practical experience working with business users, technology teams, QA, project managers, and vendors. This role requires strong requirement-gathering skills, clear documentation ability, valuable understanding of business processes, and the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements. You will operate within a structured Agile delivery model, you will be expected to contribute to that cadence.
Prior experience with NetSuite or any major ERP system is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead discussions with business teams to understand requirements, process gaps, improvement opportunities, and project needs across ERP, finance, Sales, eCommerce, inventory, reporting, and internal systems.
Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and workflow diagrams.
