What this job involves:
As a Workplace Coordinator Tech, you'll serve as the vital operational link between building occupants, facility management teams, and technical contractors, ensuring seamless delivery of technical facilities services. This role combines hands-on coordination of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems with exceptional customer service, as you manage work orders, support preventive maintenance programs, and troubleshoot facilities issues in real time. You'll be the go-to problem solver on-site,
monitoring building automation systems, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring contractors complete maintenance activities safely and on schedule.
