Job Overview:
We are currently looking to hire a Lead Data Analyst within the Enterprise Data and Information Services team, which is a part of LPL’s Technology organization. This position is responsible for providing data expertise in one or more data domains. The individual in this role will establish and promote a deep understanding and awareness of data in the specific domain, serve as a lead data analyst and data champion on data projects,



and adhere to an enterprise-wide data governance framework to achieve the highest level of consistency, quality, and protection of data.
Responsibilities:
Lead the definition, documentation, and management of data requirements, business rules, and data standards for assigned enterprise data domains.
Conduct data analysis and data profiling activities to identify data quality issues, validate business requirements, and support data management initiatives.
Partner with Data Stewards, Data Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to establish and maintain authoritative data sources and ensure alignment with enterprise data standards.
Develop and maintain key data management artifacts, including data lineage documentation, data mappings, data dictionaries, business glossaries, and data catalogs.
Collaborate with Enterprise Data Modelers and technology teams to create and enhance conceptual and logical data models that align with the Enterprise Data Model.
