Role Description:
As a management trainee in program management, you will be involved in supporting program efforts for the Climate Solutions Transportation (CST) Project Management Office. Your goal will be to learn program management skills, along with assisting program managers by coordinating program efforts for planning, execution, reporting and risk/issue resolution. Your success in this role will contribute to the success of Carrier’s continuous leadership in the refrigeration market.
Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications & Experience:
· We are looking for people who are assertive, organized, team oriented and collaborative.
· Should have excellent problem-solving skills with good logical and analytical skills
· Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
