About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, build, and support high-performance backend solutions for a complex trading platform environment. You will work closely with product, business, quality engineering, and operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable applications that support critical business functions. Success in this role requires robust software engineering expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
What You Will Be Doing
Design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and support enterprise-grade software applications and services.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
Develop high-quality backend applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and .NET 8+.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices-based solutions.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA,
and DevOps teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Participate in architecture reviews, solution design discussions, and application modernization initiatives.
Optimize application performance, scalability, availability, and reliability across distributed systems.
Create and maintain technical specifications, design documentation, and implementation artifacts.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely resolutions.
Conduct code reviews, promote engineering best practices, and mentor less experienced developers.
Lead small to medium-sized development initiatives and coordinate technical deliverables.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement across development teams.
