We are looking for a high-performing Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting. This role goes beyond traditional customer success, with a strong focus on client retention, revenue growth, relationship management, and measurable business outcomes.
As a strategic partner to 40–50 active client businesses, you will work closely with business owners and their teams to identify challenges, implement effective solutions, improve performance, and drive long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of 40–50 active clients, ensuring strong engagement, satisfaction, retention, and business outcomes.
Build trusted relationships with business owners and key stakeholders while acting as their primary point of contact.
Conduct onboarding, support, coaching,



and performance review sessions to help clients achieve their business objectives.
Understand client challenges and recommend appropriate solutions, resources, and subject matter experts.
Analyze client sales funnels and business processes to identify performance gaps, revenue leakage, and growth opportunities.
Drive renewals, upgrades, retention, and expansion opportunities through proactive account management and consultative engagement.
Achieve assigned monthly revenue and account growth targets.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and internal fulfillment teams to ensure seamless service delivery and strong client experiences.
Monitor account health and proactively address risks related to churn, cancellations, or declining performance.
Maintain strong performance metrics, including low cancellation/refund rates and healthy client retention.
