Dealer & Distributor Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
Monitor distributor performance and provide necessary support.
Ensure adequate stock availability and inventory management at distributor locations.
Resolve channel partner concerns and service-related issues promptly.
Market Development
Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Implement promotional schemes, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
Increase product visibility and brand presence in the market.
Order & Collection Management
Generate orders from dealers and distributors.
Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
Monitor outstanding receivables and maintain healthy financial controls.




Reporting & Analysis
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track sales performance against targets.
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to management.
Forecast sales and demand within the assigned territory.
