QAD ERP Project Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced QAD ERP Project Manager to lead large-scale QAD implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support programs. The role requires strong project leadership, customer management, team management, and business-growth orientation.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end QAD ERP projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risk are well managed.




Manage large and geographically distributed teams and build strong second-line leadership.
Own customer relationships, governance, escalations, and executive stakeholder communication.
Drive Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies and continuous improvement.
Work with Presales and Solution teams on proposals, estimations, solutioning, and new business opportunities.
Identify opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, rollouts, and account growth.
Promote adoption of AI, automation, current technologies, and modern delivery methods.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years of IT experience with strong QAD ERP project management experience.
Proven experience managing large teams and complex/global projects.
Strong QAD implementation, upgrade, rollout, or support experience.
Excellent customer-facing, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
