As the Team Manager you will be part of the Final Inspection Team and will report to the Section Head - Final Inspection The purpose of your role will be to ensure defect free vehicle Delivery to Dispatch Section.A purpose driven role for you
Inspection of 100% vehicles as per defined SOP and Acceptance Quality Level. • Monitoring Test riders’ wise issues• Taking Improvement actionsDefined manpower deployment Line wise• Co-ordination for Man-power availability as per defined Productivity chart. Maintaining discipline and consistent output of the Test riders• Test riders Output monitoring.• Counselling and trainings for improvementTimely clearance of the vehicles after Final inspection. Co-ordination with the Shift wise counter parts Frame assembly/PPC/OBL for smooth vehicles clearance from Final inspectionMaintaining 5s, Safety and TPM culture in Department• Conducting Safety Meetings, Various Audits of the Department• Carrying out regular maintenance of equipment’s and infrastructureA Day in the life

Diploma / BTech in Mechanical EngineeringMin 03-05 year experience in Manufacturing plant in 2 Wheeler industryTechnical Skills/Knowledge
1.MS Office, SAP .3. Understanding of Quality Systems , Usage of QC Tools , PFMEA , PPAP, Why Why Analysis etc.4. Through Knowledge of Drawings , GD&T.Behavioural; Skills
