? What You’ll Do (Your Impact)
Conduct High-Impact Candidate Screenings:



Lead intro & evaluation calls with candidates to assess their technical/non-technical fit against client company requirements.
Deep-Dive Role Research: Research client roles upfront so you can lead engage-and-answer discussions and guide candidates authoritatively through the process.
Capture Rigorous Data & Evaluation: Collect comprehensive candidate insights covering structured rubric points to ensure candidates meet client interview standards.
Manage Candidate Experience & Feedback: Own candidate communication from end to end, managing feedback loops, status updates, and handoffs to Account Managers.
Master Talent Operations Tools: Leverage up-to-date recruiting and operational software (Airtable, Slack, CRM tools) to deliver accurate reporting and maintain high quality standards.
