To be responsible for overall hotel operations and achieve revenue and profitability targets, guest satisfaction and employee relations through working with a team of functional heads. Optimize operational efficiency and improve service standards to achieve best in class processes.



Build solid relationships with high profile customers and strategic partners such that the hotel achieves the desired brand positioning and ensure compliance to brand standards and guidelines.
Essential Job Tasks
Ensure compliance with respect to legal, safety and security operations, hotels brand and service standards. Ensure completion of routine and quality assurance audits and take corrective action in a timely manner.

• Ensure adherence to financial norms and authorize exceptions. Partner with Purchase in selecting and reviewing vendor performance and respond to escalations related to budget expansion, inventory management and other approvals.

• Create a cohesive and high performing team by focusing on result orientation; provide learning and development and career opportunities, reward and recognition programs etc. to employees in coordination with the HR team

• Actively support the HR team with respect to staffing process, ensuring timely compliance to work proc
