Build and own backend components and features, hands-on in code, with growing independence. Use AI development tools (Cursor / Claude) day in, day out to accelerate delivery - rigorously and responsibly, reviewing and verifying what ships. Write unit and integration tests; follow strong engineering hygiene (Git, CI/CD, deployments). Collaborate across the team to convert requirements into working, well-tested solutions. Continuously learn - new languages, tools, and parts of the stack - grounded in CS fundamentals.
