What You Can Expect
Lead the growth of our most emerging brands portfolio - Tequila, Gin and Rum
Complete ownership of developing and executing the annual brand plans to meet the brand ambitions in line with business strategy




Own the new product launch planning and execution for the portfolio
Be the voice of the consumer internally - Serve as the primary point for generating consumer and competitive intelligence and cascade through the organization and communicate back to the brand
Be the internal champion and energizer for the emerging brands
Responsible for impeccable budget management with a solid ROI focus
Leverage the Brown-Forman Growth Framework to develop marketing/activation campaigns that resonate with target consumers and build mental and physical availability across all channels of the trade
Develop and maintain relationships with third-party brand partners, agencies and vendors, ensuring that they provide high-quality and cost-effective marketing services
What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s or Post Graduation Degree with 3 to 5 years marketing experience
Additional experience in sales/trade marketing will be an added advantage, thought not
