What this job involves:
As a Reception Coordinator for one of JLL's key clients, you'll serve as the welcoming face and first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees in a dynamic corporate environment. This role combines professional hospitality, administrative support, and operational coordination to create a welcoming, efficient, and qualified workplace environment. Your day will involve managing front desk operations, coordinating meeting room logistics, supporting facility services,
and ensuring seamless communication across teams. You'll handle everything from visitor registration and security protocols to mail distribution, catering coordination, and workplace service requests.
