Job Description Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead Digital Marketing - Web Strategy & Media Specialist responsible for driving performance across web marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media, advertising channels, web analytics, and marketing automation. This role owns building comprehensive web channel strategies aligned with GE Vernova’s digital ecosystem, and champions data-driven optimization across all digital properties.
This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering with various teams within Marketing, Content, and other teams to deliver accurate, timely, and engaging campaign experiences. The candidate will be an integral part of the Digital & Creative Services CoE.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated web and media channel strategies across social platforms paid search (Google Ads), programmatic display, and GE Vernova’s digital properties to drive qualified traffic, generate leads, and maximize campaign revenue.
Define and own web channel strategy aligned with GE Vernova’s broader web strategy, ensuring consistent messaging,



user experience, and lead capture across all digital properties.
Own end-to-end performance of paid media and web campaigns, including budget allocation, bid strategy, creative testing, and reporting across social, search, and display channels.
Manage SEO and SEM programs including keyword research, on-page optimization, paid search bid management, and SERP performance tracking to maximize organic and paid visibility.
Leverage audience segmentation, A/B testing, and web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to optimize cost per acquisition, measure conversion funnels, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
Continuously monitor KPIs and implement data-driven optimizations to improve campaign and channel effectiveness.
