Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and Microsoft Azure to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full-stack development, microservices architecture, Azure services,



CI/CD, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack enterprise applications.
Build and maintain cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Develop scalable microservices, REST APIs, and responsive web applications using React JS.
Drive technical design discussions and enforce development best practices.
Mentor and guide team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with business, architecture, QA, and product teams.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence.
