We are looking for a Senior Executive – Client Servicing to support key Brandlabs projects and IPs across client servicing, strategy, execution and commercial management.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients and internal stakeholders.
Understand client objectives and translate briefs into actionable plans.
Manage approvals, feedback, timelines and deliverables.
Build robust client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth.
Project Management
Assist in managing projects from brief to execution and closure.
Coordinate with creative, strategy, production, operations, talent, marketing, sponsorship, sales, ticketing and finance teams.
Track timelines, budgets, deliverables and dependencies.
Identify challenges early and help drive timely solutions.
