Role Description The Sr. Engineer - Maintenance (CNC-VMC) is a full-time, on-site role based at Inled Technologies LLP’s facility in Khandala. This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and reliability of CNC and VMC machines, ensuring optimal uptime and performance for production operations.

Day-to-day activities include planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, coordinating repairs,



and maintaining detailed maintenance records. The Sr. Engineer will work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to minimize downtime, implement maintenance best practices, and support continuous improvement in equipment performance.

The role also involves guiding junior maintenance personnel, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and contributing to cost-effective maintenance strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for CNC and VMC machinery.
- Candidates should possess solid Maintenance Engineering and Preventive Maintenance skills to plan and execute maintenance schedules effectively.
- Candidates should possess practical Electrical Maintenance skills for troubleshooting and repairing electrical and control systems on production equipment.
- Relevant technical qualification such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience in CNC/VMC machine maintenance within manufacturing or industrial environments, ideally in precision or heavy engineering, is beneficial.
- Ability to read technical drawings, machine manuals, and electrical schematics, and use diagnostic tools and measuring instruments effectively.
- Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior maintenance staff.
