We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman with strong experience in interior fit-out and joinery drafting to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience preparing detailed joinery shop drawings, furniture details, millwork drawings, and interior fit-out drawings, with a valuable understanding of materials, manufacturing, and installation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for interior fit-out and joinery projects
- Develop joinery shop drawings, furniture drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, ceiling layouts, and flooring layouts
- Prepare detailed drawings for custom furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, counters, wall panelling, doors, cabinets, and other joinery elements
- Develop accurate sections, fixing details, construction details, and production drawings
- Convert design concepts, sketches, and approved designs into detailed technical drawings
- Coordinate joinery drawings and site requirements
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents before technical submission
- Revise drawings based on comments from designers, project managers, consultants, clients, production teams, and site teams
- Ensure dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, and construction details are accurately represented
- Coordinate closely with the design, estimation, procurement, joinery production, and project teams
- Support production and site teams with technical details and drawing clarifications
- Maintain drawing revisions, registers,



and technical documentation
- Ensure drawings are completed accurately and within project deadlines
- Identify technical or site discrepancies before production and execution

- Required Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma / bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of drafting experience in Interior Fit-Out & Joinery Industry
- Proven experience preparing joinery shop drawings and production drawings
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Good understanding of joinery construction, furniture manufacturing, materials, finishes, hardware, and fixing methods
- Experience in interior fit-out projects
- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or similar software is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple drawings and meet project deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
