Mille is a modern nutrition brand built on a easy idea: a year holds a thousand small chances to eat, move and feel well, and living well is made in the everyday rather than in transformations. We express that idea across a lot of surfaces, our editorial platform 1,000 Ways to Live Well, Instagram and YouTube, and everything in between, and we're looking for a designer to help us hold it all together.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You'll be responsible for consistent, distinctive brand expression across everything customer-facing.



This is a hands-on design role with room to shape how the brand looks as it grows, working closely with the founders and the editorial and marketing teams.

We want someone with a strong portfolio, real design fundamentals, and genuine care for details.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

- Design across the full range of Mille's output: social content (carousels, video frames, thumbnails), editorial and 1,000 Ways assets, assets for live events, newsletters, decks and internal requests.
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to take briefs from idea to finished design and in a timely fashion.
- Help build and hold a visual system: codifying the four pillars (Eat, Move, Ritual, Culture), documenting grid and type rules, and keeping a coherent look across Instagram, YouTube and the site without making the feed feel templated.
- Support the video-first content pipeline, designing the frames, titles, thumbnails and cut-downs that come off each shoot.
- Keep the brand's illustrative and typographic identity consistent, working from the established packaging style.
- Manage your own workflow across several live projects, meeting review and production deadlines without dropping detail.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- 3 to 5 years of experience at a strong brand, brand agency, or creative agency.
- Highly proficient in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Comfort with basic motion or video-adjacent design (After Effects, or editing frames for Reels and Shorts) is a real plus given where our content is heading.
- Strong formal design and typography skills, and sound conceptual and layout fundamentals.
- A portfolio that shows range and taste: clean, considered, on-brand work, ideally including social and packaging.
- Ability to work fast and juggle several projects at once without losing precision.
- Organised, self-sufficient and detail-oriented.
- Proactive, easy to work with, and good at communicating within a small team.
