- Overall management of the Finance & Accounts Department.

- Supervise accounting, billing, receivables, payables, cash and bank transactions.

- Prepare and review monthly MIS, P&L;, balance sheet and financial reports.

- Monitor hospital revenue, expenses, budgets and cost control.

- Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance.

- Manage vendor payments, consultant payments, salary processing and financial settlements.

- Monitor patient billing, corporate/TPA/insurance receivables and collection follow-up.

- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, vendors and statutory authorities.

- Ensure proper reconciliation of bank, cash, vendor, patient and corporate accounts.

- Establish solid internal financial controls and prevent accounting errors/fraud.

- Lead and guide the Accounts team and allocate work effectively.

- Support management in budgeting, financial planning and business decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs and applicable accounting standards.

- Provide regular financial reports and updates to senior management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
