About The Department:

The Consultant Services team plays a critical role in retaining clients and supporting business growth. The team manages due diligence questionnaires and consultant databases that communicate Franklin Templeton's investment capabilities to clients, consultants, and advisers worldwide. Team members collaborate closely with Sales, Client Services, Consultant Relations, Product Management, Fund Accounting, Legal and Compliance, and other stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate information.

The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and client-focused, offering opportunities to build expertise in asset management, consultant servicing, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

How You Will Add Value ?

Core Responsibilities:

- You will complete due diligence questionnaires and data templates.
- You will review, analyze, and update client information requests.
- You will gather data from approved internal sources.

•You will evaluate new requests and establish delivery plans.
- You will manage timelines and ensure data accuracy.
- You will maintain process documentation and tracking records.
- You will proactively identify and escalate issues.

Strategic Responsibilities:

- You will maintain consultant database content and product profiles.




- You will complete quantitative and qualitative database updates.
- You will support Environmental, Social and Governance reporting content.
- You will assist with Diversity and Inclusion updates.
- You will support consultant-driven business opportunities.
- You will coordinate new product setup and profile launches.
- You will share insights that improve team efficiency and quality.

Team & Collaboration:

- You will work closely with cross-functional business partners.
- You will support relationship managers and consultant relations teams.
- You will engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- You will collaborate with subject matter experts on content reviews.
- You will represent Franklin Templeton’s values in all interactions.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role ?

Experience, Education & Certifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Exposure to asset management is preferred.
- Understanding of retail and institutional financial markets.

Technical Skills:

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to learn new systems and proprietary applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to maintain high-quality documentation and reporting.

Soft Skills:

- Strong client and stakeholder focus.
- Effective project management and planning skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.




- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent and proactive approach to work. • Robust learning mindset and professional accountability.

Work Shift Timings - 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST
