As a Desktop Application Developer - Senior Associate, you will specialize in Maximo applications, assisting clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support tailored to Maximo software. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver impactful solutions that align with clients' strategic objectives.
This role involves working directly with clients to understand their needs and provide seamless integration and utilization of business applications.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear.
