About Remix Medical
Remix Medical is a physician-owned, US-based multispecialty medical group operating across multiple locations. We provide coordinated specialty and primary care through approximately 7-9 healthcare providers and run our revenue cycle on athenaOne by athenahealth.
We are hiring a hands-on Revenue Cycle Manager in India to take full responsibility for our day-to-day RCM operation. This person will manage an established India team of approximately 7-9 employees, all reporting directly to the Revenue Cycle Manager.
You will inherit functioning workflows, processes and team members-not build the operation from zero. However, you will have the authority and flexibility to improve team structure, workflows, reporting, controls and technology as the practice grows.

Candidates must meet all of the following requirements:
Recent, hands-on experience using athenaOne/athenahealth for US revenue-cycle work.
At least eight years of US healthcare revenue-cycle experience.
At least three years directly managing an RCM team.
Significant US ambulatory or physician-practice billing experience.
Ability to personally investigate and resolve claims, denials and insurance A/R in athena.
Experience owning measurable RCM outcomes, including A/R aging, denial rates, clean-claim performance and collections.
Current residence in Pune, Bengaluru or Recent Delhi-NCR.
Ability to consistently work an evening IST schedule with overlap into US Central Time mornings.
Compensation expectations within the published INR 14-18 LPA CTC range.
Athena experience limited to scheduling, clinical documentation, training, observation or executive oversight does not qualify.
