Developer
Location: Hyderabad, India Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days per week in office
About the Role
We are looking for a Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will take ownership of features from requirements through delivery, working across a mix of modern and legacy systems. You will work across multiple projects with varying stacks. Core technologies include:

You are not expected to be an expert in every technology listed. Prior experience with at least .NET and one frontend framework is required, along with a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Your Role Responsibilities – Here's What You'll Do




Build and maintain features across backend and frontend, collaborating directly with the product team from functional specs through delivery
Debug and troubleshoot production issues independently, including within legacy codebases you did not originally write
Write meaningful automated tests (unit and integration) before submitting code for review
Conduct code reviews for peers, providing constructive and specific feedback
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements, build automation, and deployment processes
Identify technical debt and propose well-justified refactoring strategies to improve long-term code health
