Position Summary:





The Site Events & Coordination Led (J&J; IM R&D; Hyderabad) supports site-wide coordination and employee engagement activities at Johnson & Johnson's growing R&D; campus in Hyderabad. Working under guidance, the role provides administrative, event coordination, and operational support to help deliver a positive employee and visitor experience across the site. This role works closely with local R&D; leadership and global teams to support with the planning and execution of site events, leadership visits, and operational processes while upholding Johnson & Johnson’s Credo values and compliance standards.

Support the planning and coordination of site events and engagement activities, including leadership visits, town halls, networking events, community programs, and other large-scale or high-visibility in office activities – ensuring alignment with J&J;’s global workplace experience
