Job Description:
Lead Engineer – Full Stack (.NET, Angular, Azure)
Role Overview
As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications across the full technology stack using C#, .NET, SQL Server, Angular, and Azure Cloud. You will provide technical leadership, drive engineering best practices, mentor development teams, and collaborate closely with Product, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders to deliver creative solutions. Experience or familiarity with IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and reverse logistics processes is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Solution Delivery
Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise applications and services.
Drive application stability and reliability by supporting production environments and resolving complex technical issues.
Define and promote engineering standards, coding practices, and architectural guidelines.




Conduct code reviews and ensure software quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
Partner with Product, Infrastructure, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support disaster recovery, monitoring, and operational readiness activities.
Full-Stack Development
Design and develop scalable APIs and microservices using C# and .NET.
Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular.
Develop self-service capabilities that enable users to onboard, configure, and manage services independently.
Design and maintain secure API integrations and gateway solutions.
Support multi-tenant application capabilities and customer onboarding workflows.
Leverage Azure services including App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Storage, and DevOps pipelines.
