Role Definition
Consults and leads projects for a wide range of technology related issues to internal and external customers, while adhering to standards and processes.
Required Experience:
• Substantial experience in senior technical leadership roles such as solution architect, enterprise architect, principal engineer or management consultant, with a track record of shaping direction rather than only executing it.




• Demonstrated experience delivering technology within a manufacturing workplace, with a working understanding of production, quality, maintenance and supply chain processes.
• Deep hands-on experience with SAP ERP in a manufacturing context, and practical working knowledge of Oracle platforms.
• Experience delivering digital manufacturing, industrial IoT or MES capability, and experience taking at least one AI or advanced analytics use case into production.
• Evidence of influencing senior stakeholders and driving organisational change without direct reporting authority over them.
• Fluent written and spoken English, and the ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams across time zones.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in a global matrixed organisation where the technology function reports centrally rather than to the site.
