Role Summary
The role requires strong Unix/Linux skills to support and automate operational processes in a legacy application setting. The role involves developing and maintaining shell scripts, executed on Control-M, and performing tasks such as log maintenance and service management. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure application stability,
operational efficiency, and process improvements. The ideal candidate would have 5-8 years of experience in Unix/Linux shell scripting , and exposure to AI & Automation skills
Responsibilities
Provides advanced level configuration services on multiple platforms in the test environment. Works on complex systems with large numbers of interfaces and users.
Supports complex software builds and elevations, creates directories and security groups, and recreates prior versions. Monitors software, hardware, or middleware updates, and provides support for packaging and testing complex in-house applications. Participates in inspections, elevations, and related meetings to address configuration issues.
Supports tools for internal clients, and monitors compliance and usage.
Provides support for the maintenance and administration of source code archive databases. Writes and maintains documentation, including policies
