Role/ Job Title: Regional Head-Supply Chain Finance Sales

Job Purpose:
'Regional Head - SCF Sales The role entails scaling up the SCF – Dealer/ Vendor Business for the bank at a region level in a cost effective manner. It includes business development to ensure SCF AUM growth, Recent-to-bank Client acquisition for Anchor relationships, anchor’s regional office management, credit and risk oversight, and revenue generation contributing to the larger organizational objectives of the bank. It includes building up teams, systems, process and culture amenable to the scale and consistency of delivery. The role will closely collaborate with the Product Head, Regional Head – Trade Sales, Regional Coverage Team, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk, IT team to ensure development of a market leading solutions. The role demands a strong blend of strategic thinking, sales leadership, and risk awareness to grow and manage SCF portfolios effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:




'• Complete ownership of regional portfolio of SCF – Dealer/ Vendor business. having targets of balance sheet and revenue numbers.
• Manage SCF Sales teams in the region and drive the team by providing strategic inputs and plans for penetration in current markets as well as future geographic expansion.
• Develop constructive relationships with Regional Anchor customers and Key Strategic Partners to drive growth of business.
• Collaborate with the Regional Heads (Trade Sales) & Product team to ensure that the target segment is offered the best in class SCF solutions.
• Oversee performance of the regional SCF portfolio: utilization, risk exposure, NPAs. Monitor early warning indicators and initiate corrective actions proactively
• Coach and mentor regional SCF team members on sales, structuring, and risk aspects
• Foster collaboration with Business banking/ Commercial banking teams to implement Integrated Supply Chain Finance and explore cross sell opportun
