A Day in the Life
The Surgical Innovation Therapies portfolio focuses on delivering advanced surgical solutions across stapling, energy, electrosurgery, wound closure, and hernia care. This role supports the growth of the portfolio by partnering with healthcare professionals, hospitals, distributors, and key stakeholders to expand product adoption and optimise territory performance.
This position is based in Goa, India and follows a Remote work style. Travel of approximately 30% is required within the assigned territory to support customer engagement, clinical case coverage, business development activities,



distributor management, and market expansion initiatives.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Achieve territory sales targets and key product objectives across the Surgical Innovation Therapies portfolio.
Promote and sell assigned products through effective engagement with surgeons, operating theatre teams, hospitals, and healthcare stakeholders.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, hospital decision makers, medical associations, and centres of excellence.
