Product Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 12+ years of experience to lead the strategy, roadmap and end-to-end lifecycle of digital products and platforms. The role requires strong product management expertise, business acumen, stakeholder leadership and the ability to translate market, user and business needs into scalable, value-driven product solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience applying value management principles to shape business cases, prioritize investments, define measurable outcomes and track realized value, while keeping product strategy, user needs and product lifecycle ownership as the core focus.



The candidate will bring deep experience in at least one sector or business domain, with life sciences/healthcare knowledge considered a solid advantage, and will work closely with business, engineering, architecture, data and design teams to deliver user-centric products with measurable business impact.

Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for digital products and platforms, ensuring alignment with business priorities, customer needs and measurable outcomes.
Lead product discovery and problem framing by combining user insights, market understanding, business context and data-driven analysis to identify high-value opportunities.
