Financial




Establish the Salon’s financial business plans for the year in liaison with the General Manager of the hotel, Financial Controller and Salon Business Head concerning monthly revenue and expenditures.
Ensure the department’s operational budget is in line and that all costs are strictly controlled without any compromise on brand standards.
Generating MIS reports and tracking revenue, profit and loss.
Submit Monthly Statistic reports and essential reports to Salon Business Head and follow up.
Ensure Salon facilities are operating efficiently to achieve the highest possible revenue and profit and track all daily transactions.
Controlling Expenditure which is crucial in increasing productivity yet not compromising on product or service standards
