WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the Supply Chain & Planning Technology (SCPT) Portfolio & Operations team, helping drive operational excellence across SCPT's India Technology Center (ITC). Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain & Planning Technology Operations, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Portfolio & Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, and Technology leaders across SCPT to deliver operational outcomes that enable organizational performance and execution. You will work across SCPT domains and subdomains with work in ITC, supporting consistent execution of operational processes, resource strategies, governance practices, and business rhythms. Your partnerships will extend across teams in India, the United States (PHK), and the Europe Logistics Center (ELC), helping connect local execution with global priorities.

The ideal candidate combines robust analytical and operational capabilities with the ability to influence across a matrixed environment, simplify complex processes, and drive measurable business outcomes. They are comfortable managing multiple priorities, translating data into actionable insights, and building trusted partnerships across organizations.
7+ years of experience in business operations, technology operations, program management, portfolio operations, management consulting, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
Experience supporting operational governance, planning, and execution within a technology organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage and improve business processes while balancing compliance, operational efficiency, and business needs.
